With 30 years’ experience in the healthcare sector, I have been a nurse, health visitor, lecturer, NHS Manager and in senior healthcare sales and business development, managing sales teams and developing commercial business strategy in the UK and internationally. I was also a Nursing Officer within the Royal Naval Reserve for a number of years too.
Wanting to move back in to a more client-centred healthcare career coupled with the ability to utilise my skills in a new, positive way, I discovered Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy, loved it- and trained as a hypnotherapist at the prestigious Clifton Practice in Bristol.
I now use my healthcare experience and management / strategy skills gained over the years in combination with techniques taken from Solution Focused Brief Therapy, CBT, NLP and hypnosis to design a therapy programme aimed at helping people to find solutions and reach their goals in as short a time as possible.
I’m also a HypnoBirthing practitioner – this fantastic method of birthing is literally “taking the birthing world by calm”. The method I trained in has been around for 23 years and is a worldwide programme – please contact me for details of my classes.
I am also available to work with businesses of all sizes developing and running workshops aimed at managing stress in a proactive way.
